 Does anyone know if this cage is good for a cockatiel? It is 32 in times 23 in. It had 3 food bowls one perch room for hanging toys. Playgym on top. Two arches diagonal a toy hanger two small food dishes. And does anyone know how to make a play gym for a bird? For best condition of the cockatiel, the larger the better so they can exercise the wings. The other option is to let the bird out of the cage so it can exercise. However, you should trim the primary flight feathers so he or she doesn’t get too much speed or land in high places where you can’t reach it. Until we got cats, our birds were out whenever we were at home. |
